We’ve got that Friday feeling yet again and it’s the time of the week to say a big heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been supporting us lately and raising funds through all sorts of events! You’re all fantastic and we appreciate and thank each and every one of you! Hope you all have a fab Friday and a lovely weekend. Here some fundraisers we caught on camera!

Church of God Mums and Tots Group in Monkstown held a sponsored walk and pram push. The event was organised by Gillian Robinson and a brilliant £1,440 was raised. Thank you to everyone who took part and donated to the event in aid of the charity.

Ladies Captain at Foyle Golf Club, Monica Smith held a charity open day in aid of us in May. Clare Ball from our Derry Family Support Group spoke at the event and informed everyone of what the money raised will go to. We are very grateful to Monica for selecting us as their charity to support and we look forward to hearing how much money is raised from the event.

Slatequarry Development Association recently held a Truck and Van run for Cancer Fund for Children and Children’s Heartbeat Trust. Pictured is members of the association presenting Mary Jo McCourt with a cheque for £600. Thank you to everyone who supported the event and helped in anyway.

St Patrick’s Primary School in Newry held a Rock Red Day in aid of the charity to help raise awareness and funds of heart disease in children. Pictured is Ciaran Mackin, Principal and Wendy McKeown, Vice Principal are pictured with student council pupils presenting £759.45. Well Done to all involved.

Lynn Cowan is pictured with Tia N Goshi, Ajay Malhotra, Natasta Harmon and little Rosie McDade at Stanhope Street Nursery School. They held an obstacle course race in aid of charity and raise £800.00. Thank you to everyone who supported the event.

Sarah Quinlan from the charity, (third left) receives a cheque for £6,000 from Lindsay and Finbarr McGranaghan in memory of their daughter Tilly who passed away aged 9 months. Included in the picture is Marcia McGillion, Martin Doran and Catherine O’Neill. The proceeds where raised from ‘Friends of Tilly’ who organised a fundraising night, quiz and sponsored walk for the charity who supported Tilly and her family. Children’s Heartbeat Trust would like to thank everyone who has supported the family.

The money was raised from ‘Tilly’s Coffee Morning’ held in memory of baby Tilly McGranaghan. The charity and Tilly’s family would like to thank everyone who supported them.

FX Operations in Citi Bank, Belfast held a dress down day recently in aid of the charity. Pictured is Jolene Martin and Aisling Armstrong presenting £150 which was raised for the charity. Thank you soo much for your support.
