Caravans

***Booking requests for 2023 will be accepted from 1st February 2023***

Our caravans will open to heart families from 31st March 2023 through to 3rd November 2023 and we will accept booking requests from 1st February 2023. Please note that at this time we will only accept booking requests from families who have not enjoyed a stay in one of our caravans during 2022 or 2021. Please do not submit a request if you had a caravan allocation during the last 2 years as this will not be considered.

We will only accept booking requests via the booking request form on our website. Demand is always very high and we appreciate your co-operation in helping us efficiently manage the allocation of dates. We will work through the booking requests in order of receipt and contact you to advise if we can allocate you a holiday.

When submitting your booking request it will be timestamped and we then process requests in order of receipt. Those timestamped with a date earlier than 1st February 2023 will not be considered. We will only accept one booking request form per household and it is in your best interest to list as many options for dates and locations as suitable in order of preference. Simply click on the (+Add New) button to add each additional date/location. We will work through your preferences and allocate the first available on your list. If none of your choices are available then we will be unable to offer a stay on this occasion. Any subsequent forms submitted with further options would be at the end of the queue so it really is vital to add as many options initially to stand the best chance of getting a holiday.

Caravan stays are only allocated on a full week basis with arrival/departure day being Friday to allow for professional cleaning between guests. We request a donation of £50 for a week long stay. We appreciate that outside of school holiday times it might only be convenient for a family to stay for a weekend or shorter break, however you will still be allocated the caravan for the full week.

We hope all those lucky enough to get a booking have a fantastic time. The caravans are fully equipped with all kitchen essentials and a supply of cleaning materials. We would ask that you replenish items as required – eg: bin bags, cleaning wipes etc… Bedding and towels are not provided so you will need to bring your own duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels and tea towels. There are 3 bedrooms – one double bed and 2 x twin rooms.

The caravans are professionally cleaned each week on Fridays between stays so you should arrive to find it clean. There is a limited turnaround time for cleaning so please take good care of the caravan during your stay and try to leave it as you would expect to find it. If anything is broken or missing from the caravan during your stay please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify it.

Happy Holidaying!
