Life can be difficult at times, some days we are happy, other days we are sad, we worry and we stress. It is totally normal to have lots of emotions, somedays we have them totally under control and at other times they seem like they are out of control.

For some people living with CHD can make these emotions even more complicated, for others it has no effect on their lives. Most people are somewhere in the middle.
