Children’s Heartbeat Trust is committed to supporting an active research programme in partnership with the Paediatric Cardiology department at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children and other relevant organisations and bodies.
Our aim is to support research in the area of congenital, acquired or inherited heart disease in children and young people.
The Connor Mulholland Research Fellowship can be awarded to support research that impacts positively on the care provided to children with heart disease in Northern Ireland.
Provision of small research grants (up to maximum £5,000) will be considered by the Children’s Heartbeat Trust Board.
