We are working on a programme for the brothers and sisters of children with CHD and to make sure we are on the right tracks we really need to hear from them about what they would like us to do. To help with this, we’ve a short survey for them to fill in.
Please ask your child to take a look at this for us and if they aren’t able to do it themselves it’s totally fine for parents/ guardians to put in their answers for them.
