Children’s Heartbeat Trust has been supporting families and young people affected by congenital heart disease for over 40 years. Its Family Support team offers information, advice and other assistance to ‘heart families’ across Northern Ireland. A congenital heart disease diagnosis can mean the beginning of a long (and sometimes difficult) journey for the whole family. Children’s Heartbeat Trust aims to help them every step of the way.
