Children’s Heartbeat Trust is delighted to offer the opportunity to join our Team as Fundraising Administrator. Due to the growth of our fundraising we require extra administrative support. If you want your work to make an impact on the lives of local children and young people living with CHD then we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to join us. You will become an integral part of our successful team providing administrative support to the Fundraising Manager as the charity grows. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain knowledge and experience of fundraising with training and development opportunities available.

This post is a minimum of 25 hours per week. Maximum, 37.5 hours. Working hours to be determined by mutual agreement.

Fundraising Administrator – Permanent

Hours: Negotiable. Minimum 25 hours per week. Maximum 37.5 hours

Location: Based in Belfast, covering Northern Ireland. Opportunity for hybrid working in line with the charity’s needs.

Permanent Post with pension scheme and competitive annual leave.

Salary: £20,500 – £22,200 Pro Rata.

Essential Requirements include:

    • 4 GCSE’s Grade C or above to include English and Maths or equivalent
    • Demonstrate a minimum of 1 years’ experience of data entry/keying of information into excel, databases or any other IT Systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry of Fundraising events, donor details and donations received onto the charity’s CRM system.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide excellent donor care and support through face to face interactions, telephone, email, social media and written communications.
  • Assist with organising fundraising events and activities throughout the year
  • Update social media platforms, website and publications with relevant information in relation to the charity’s fundraising events and support services.
