Role Opportunity – Family Support Worker (PT)

This post provides a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and outgoing individual to make a significant difference to the heart families Children’s Heartbeat Trust (CHT) supports within Northern Ireland. The individual will lead in the delivery of projects and services for families affected by Congenital Heart Disease in children and young people.

You will have the opportunity to work on your own initiative but will be supported by a manager and enthusiastic volunteers to deliver the charity’s family support programme.
