We are working with Gauge NI to complete an evaluation/review of the impact of our services. This will help us plan services for the future and access funds to expand our support for heart families. You may have spoken to Stephen or Conor at the recent Family Fun Days or our Teens Summer Blast event. In follow up to this there is a short survey for Parents and for Young People that we would greatly appreciate you completing.
