Fab Friday 11.3.16

It’s been another busy week here at CHT HQ. Thanks again to everyone for their fantastic support to date in 2016. You have all been awesome and we can’t thank you enough! Here’s just a selection of some of the fab fundraising which has been happening lately.

 

Fab-Friday-Pink - Copy
Ballyclare Youth Group Ballyclare Youth Group held a Valentine’s Disco as part of Heart Week and raised £130 for the charity. Pictured is the Youth Group having lots of fun during their fundraising night.
Clounagh Junior High
Year 8 pupils from Clounagh Junior High in Portadown are seen pictured presenting Heart Mum, Christine Herron with a cheque for £2,727.10. A sponsored silence was organised by Christine’s niece, Amy-Lee Henderson in memory of Christine’s son Bailey.
Denise McEntree 1
Denise Mc Entee is pictured with her colleagues from Bunzl-McLaughlin Catering Supplies with a charity cheque for £1,050. The funds were raised through the management and staff taking part in the charities Rock Red Campaign and from Denise’s family and friends who donated in lieu of gifts as part of her 50th Birthday Celebrations at The Old Coach in Castleblaney. So much was raised on the night and Denise would like to thank everyone for their generosity.
Memory Team Armagh
The Memory Team at Mullinure Hospital in Armagh are pictured presenting £261.05 for the charity. The funds were raised from a coffee morning held for staff member Judith Kyle-Gallagher who has a close connection to the charity and in memory of her son Cody.
Rathfriland Quiz
Lynn is pictured receiving a cheque from Joseph Cunningham, Conor Fitzpatrick, Jamie Fitzpatrick, Kerry Cunningham and Genna Fitzpatrick. The money was raised from a quiz which Joseph organised at the Depot Bar in Rathfriland for his niece Genna who was supported by the charity when she was a baby.
Wright Family
The Wright Family are pictured presenting Lynn with a cheque for £1,000. The money was raised from Portadown Cycling Club (£600) and the family Business Décor-Wright Paints Ltd (£400) when they held a raffle. Pictured is Andrew, Annabeth, Zara, Jennifer and Noah with Lynn from Children’s Heartbeat Trust.
The Surgery Comber
Pictured are staff from The Surgery, Comber who assisted with selling Rosemary McNally’s handmade Christmas Trees over Christmas. £700 was raised for the charity and the staff are pictured presenting the cheque.
